What's the difference between Standard and Deep Move-Out?
Standard covers the essentials for a clean handoff. Deep adds interior oven and fridge, grout scrubbing, detailed cabinets, trim, fans, vents, window tracks, and more — best for homes with heavier use.
Do you clean vacant properties?
Yes. Move-in and move-out cleans are designed for empty homes. Please make sure the home is cleared of belongings and furniture before the appointment.
How does scheduling work?
Request your preferred date in the quote form. Your booking is confirmed once a cleaner accepts the job; we'll let you know if we need to suggest another date.
How do payments work?
Your estimate is based on the details you provide. Payment details are shared with your booking confirmation. Final pricing may be adjusted if the home's size or condition differs from what was submitted.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Let us know as early as possible and we'll work with you to reschedule. Cancellation terms are provided at booking.
How should I prepare the home?

Information you give us, such as when you request an instant quote, submit a realtor inquiry, book a cleaning, or contact us:
- Name, email address, and mobile/phone number
- Property address, ZIP code, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, home condition, package and add-on choices, and preferred service date
- Photos of the property you choose to upload
- Realtor details such as brokerage name (realtor inquiries only)
- Messages and notes you send us
Information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring pages, through cookies and similar technologies used by our website platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To prepare cleaning estimates and quotes, schedule and confirm services, and assign a cleaner to your job
- To contact you by phone, email, or text message about your quote, booking, appointment reminders, and service follow-up
- To send marketing or promotional messages only if you have separately agreed to receive them
- To respond to questions, provide customer support, and improve our services and Site
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
3. SMS / Text Messaging
By checking the SMS consent box on our forms and providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Belle & Shine Cleaning Co. at the number provided. These may include quote follow-ups, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and customer-care messages, and, if you separately opt in, promotional messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request a quote or book service without agreeing to texts.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

- With a realtor you have identified, if you or your realtor requested the service through them
- When required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Belle & Shine Cleaning Co. website (the "Site") and your requests for quotes and cleaning services from Belle & Shine Cleaning Co. ("Belle & Shine," "we," "us"). By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide move-in and move-out cleaning for residential properties, offered as Standard Move-Out and Deep Move-Out packages plus optional add-ons. Package inclusions are described on the Site. Unless agreed in writing, services do not include carpet shampooing, junk removal, exterior window cleaning, hazardous-material cleanup, mold remediation, or construction debris removal.
2. Quotes & Estimates
- Instant quotes and online estimates are estimates only and are based on the information you provide (square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, add-ons, photos).
- An estimate is not a binding offer or contract. A booking becomes confirmed only when we send you a written booking confirmation (by email or text) after a cleaner accepts the job.
- If the property's size, condition, or scope differs from what was submitted (for example heavy buildup, heavy pet hair, specialty surfaces, or belongings left in the home), we may adjust the price, scope, or schedule. We will tell you before performing additional work, and you may decline.
- Some requests (for example very large homes or special conditions) require a custom quote or manual review.
3. Scheduling & Booking
- Your requested date is a preference, not a guarantee. We will confirm the date or suggest alternatives.
- You are responsible for providing safe access (lockbox code, key, or someone on site), working water and electricity, and a home cleared of belongings, trash, and furniture.
- If our team cannot access the property or it is not ready at the scheduled time, a lockout/trip fee or rescheduling may apply as stated in your booking confirmation.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us as early as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any fees for changes made within the window stated in your booking confirmation of the appointment, will be stated in your booking confirmation.
5. Payment
- Online payment is not yet enabled. When payment is available, accepted payment methods, deposit requirements (if any), and payment timing will be stated in your booking confirmation or invoice.
- Applicable Texas sales tax will be added where required.
- Prices are not final until stated in your booking confirmation.
6. Service Areas
We currently serve Sugar Land, Richmond, Rosenberg, Katy, Fulshear, and Missouri City, Texas. We may expand to other Greater Houston areas (such as Cypress, Pearland, Spring, The Woodlands, and Conroe) in the future. Requests outside our service area may be declined or quoted separately.
7. Satisfaction & Re-Cleans
If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, contact us within 48 hours of the service with details/photos. We will review and, where appropriate, return to re-clean the affected area at no extra charge. Re-cleans are our sole remedy for quality concerns.
8. Property, Damage & Liability
- Please secure or remove valuables and fragile items. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage resulting from defective or improperly installed fixtures or surfaces.
- Report any suspected damage within 24 hours of the service. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Realtors
Realtors may request services on behalf of sellers or buyers. The party responsible for payment will be identified at booking. No referral commissions are offered or promised.
10. Communications & SMS
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive texts about your quote, booking, and appointments. Consent is not a condition of purchase. 11. Website Use
Site content is provided "as is." You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, or interfere with its operation. Content, logos, and branding belong to Belle & Shine Cleaning Co.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute lies in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
